When you call for your free roof inspection, our Estimator will give you a complete overview of what goes into every roof, including pictures showing installation details. Once your roof is completed, we will do a thorough clean-up including a sweep of your perimeter with our yard magnets. Upon final payment, you will receive a copy of your Building Permit, Lien Release, Labor Warranty, Shingle Warranty, and Class 4 Certification if applicable.

Leaking skylights? No problem. We replace damaged, leaking plastic or glass skylights using Velux Brand skylights. These are guaranteed not to leak and contain energy efficient low-e glass.
All skylights are wrapped with an ice and water barrier, and 1-piece custom flashing at corners to prevent any future problems.

Does the sale of your home require you to provide the buyer with a Roof Certification? If so, we can help.
We can quickly provide you with a Roof Certification, complete with a free Roof Tune-up that certifies your roof for 3-5 years.
